Hi Tweets,

another great day at the Refuge. Migration in full swing with 82 species
seen and 127 species for the year. FOY seen included GREATER WHITE-FRONTED
GOOSE, CINNAMON TEAL, VAUX'S SWIFT, PURPLE MARTIN, BLACK-BELLIED PLOVER,
PACIFIC-SLOPE FLYCATCHER, WARBLING VIREO, AMERICAN PIPIT, CHIPPING SPARROW,
BLACK-THROATED GRAY WARBLER, TOWNSEND'S WARBLER and MOURNING DOVE. As well
we had a surprise flyover of FOY AMERICAN WHITE PELICAN X 5. We had nice
looks of HERMIT THRUSH and many YELLOW-RUMPED WARBLER moving through.
Wintering Waterfowl numbers are significant decreased in the last week.
Many breeding birds, including two active BALD EAGLE nests.

Comments: Wednesday Walk. Cloudy in the morning, sunny in the
afternoon. Temperature in the 40's to 60's degree Fahrenheit. A High
11.37ft Tide at 9:03am. FOY PSFC, NRWS, BTGW, TOWA, WAVI, VASW, CHSP, BBPL,
AWPE, and PUMA. Mammals seen Eastern Cotton-tailed Rabbit, Coyote, Harbor
Seal, California Sea Lion.
