I found a dead parrot on my evening dog walk this morning in Licton Springs
Park (no jokes about the Norwegian Blue, please). Just beginning to get
flyblown, which I guess means, what, 2-3 days dead? I think it's got a band
on one leg. Question is, do I collect it and drop it somewhere? What's the
appropriate action here, for this clearly escaped bird?
