Several years ago, after realizing that I had lost the bird feeder wars with the Eastern Gray Squirrels, I took a friend's advice and bought a SquirrelBuster Plus bird feeder at Wild Birds Unlimited. It was expensive but it worked. The squirrels have to settle for what the birds drop to the ground, and the dog food I feed the crows. A couple weeks ago the feeder fell to the deck, separating the feed tube so it could no longer be used. I looked up the manufacturer (Brome Bird Care Inc.) online and sent them an email asking if I could purchase a new tube. Their response was to send me a new tube immediately, for free. They also emailed a link to a video that showed how to disassemble and repair the feeder. This is my attempt to thank them for their great service, and a great product. We have two of them and while they are expensive, we have saved much more in bird feed over the years, making them a bargain.
