Yes, Squirrelbuster has a lifetime guarantee on all parts of their feeders. Have relied on it several times for the rings and a couple of other pieces.

It was expensive but it worked. The squirrels have to settle for what the birds drop to the ground, and the dog food I feed the crows. A couple weeks ago the feeder fell to the deck, separating the feed tube so it could no longer be used. I looked up the manufacturer (Brome Bird Care Inc.) online and sent them an email asking if I could purchase a new tube. Their response was to send me a new tube immediately, for free. They also emailed a link to a video that showed how to disassemble and repair the feeder. This is my attempt to thank them for their great service, and a great product. We have two of them and while they are expensive, we have saved much more in bird feed over the years, making them a bargain.
