Thanks for posting this. I'd just say "significantly" is a vast understatement. With essentially no protections for Threatened species, elimination of any consideration of global warming effects on species endangerment, and the ascendancy of "economic" factors in decisions concerning listed species, this is a wholesale assault on the fundamental strengths of the ESA as originally intended. We should not take this lightly.
