Subject: [Tweeters] Alki turnstones and Mourning Dove

This evening I was walking along the Alki bulkhead trail and saw that the
flock of Black Turnstones that winters there had returned, at least 20-25
birds.

Also, on the eastern end of the beach, a Mourning Dove flew in and started
foraging in the sand near the bulkhead. I haven't seen a Mourning Dove in
Seattle before.

Good birding,

Ed
