Subject: [Tweeters] Male Oregon-Dark-eyed Junco with white tail feathers, top and bottom

I saw a male  Oregon Dark-eyed Junco this morning foraging under my bird feeders with tail feathers that were white on top as well as the bottom. We live a half mile west of the Point No Point lighthouse. How rare  is this? I've seen a lot of Juncos, but none like this.
