Yesterday (08.17.19) I observed a phalarope at Channel Drive in Skagit County. At the time I thought it was a Red-necked. After seeing Anna Kapitov's photos of this bird, I now believe it to be a WILSON'S PHALAROPE. It is highly likely this is the same bird Wayne Weber identified correctly at the same location yesterday.
