Subject: [Tweeters] Franklin's Gull and Common Tern

Was still near end of sand spit east of main swimming beach, surrounded by boaters and swimmers until about 3:30 when it flew up the lake. I tracked it distantly in my boat about 1/2 way up to Marymoor before I lost it. Probably returned to the beach but not sure.

No sign of Common tern.

The Franklin's Gull at Lake Sammamish State Park continues on the mud hook just east of the swim beach. As of 1:00pm there is also a Common Tern sitting next to it!
