A group from Olympic Peninsula Audubon were out to Neah Bay last Sunday, Aug 25th. We saw 30+ Black Swifts at Cape Flattery mid-morning, and a couple from Bahokus Peak in mid afternoon.
The Cape Flattery Swifts were at times winging right over the observation deck. They were very active. Beautiful, graceful flight. See John Gatchet's eBird checklists from that day.
