Once again, we're learning about some of the more subtle effects of climate
change on birds: they're shrinking. This study is remarkable because it
reports on almost 40 years of data -- spanning one scientist's lifetime --
and reports on how body size in North American migratory songbirds is being
affected by warming temperatures.
