Subject: Cape Disappointment Rustic Bunting


At 1 p.m., observed the bird with a large mixed flock of juncos, Chestnut-bk chickadee & Townsend's warbler at campsite No. 118. The flock is pretty 'flighty' and spooks easily.

At 3 p.m. the Bunting showed again at campsite No. 64.

A Portland Birder and I each *may* have scattered a bit of birdseed to encourage site fidelity in the area . . .
