A fascinating new observation by Oxford scientist Annette L. Fayet, freshly documented, of seabird tool use -; Washington Post article here<https://www.washingtonpost.com/science/2019/12/30/rare-video-shows-puffin-using-tool-scratch-an-itch/>. Another researcher noted that this is a bit puzzling; couldn't the puffin reach the spot with its beak? Apparently this is the first documentation of tool use by a seabird, very exciting.
