Hi bird-folk,

I'm a little concerned about this 'Scare-eagle' that looks like it's been
purposefully stuck in the logs at the Cedar River Mouth - anyone with a
boat in the area that can go pull it out or know who to call to do so?

Easily visible from the Cedar River Mouth viewing area. Took this in
December.
