Two other options are:  Victoria Clipper and Kenmore Air.  You could rent a car in Victoria if you need one.I agree with Rick, the BC Ferries are a bit nicer.  Are you wanting to be in Victoria or up-island?  Sorry, I missed your earlier post.  If you want to be up-island, I would recommend the Tsawwassen Ferry.
I didn't realize WSF didn't run to Vancouver Is. in the winter.

It's true, as I said in the earlier post, that reservations are required and are free. However, if you are a "no show" and fail to cancel soon enough in advance, you will be charged a fee.

Just wanted to follow up with this bit of information about the Anacortes-Sidney ferry. Wish we could take it.
