Found this on the sailing schedule for 2019 Winter, way down near the bottom: Please Note: International service to and from Sidney, British Columbia, does not sail on any day of the week during the winter schedule. Sidney service will resume on Sunday, March 31, 2019.

If you want to make reservations, you have to wait until January 31 (or maybe it is February 1).

PS: Palm Warbler is still at Capitol Lake. Saw it again this morning along the trail at south end of middle basin.
