Hi Tweets,

I'm on my scout trip for my upcoming WOS Winter Trip to the Okanogan
Highlands and Waterville Plateau.

Thus far we have had good number of GOLDEN EAGLES and ROUGH-LEGGED HAWK.

On Friday we picked up good numbers of SNOW BUNTING north of Atkins Lake
and BOHEMIAN WAXWING in Withrow on Waterville Plateau.

Today, Saturday, we observed CHUKAR on Fancher Road. Huge flocks of
CASSIN'S FINCH on Siwash Creek Road. BLACK-BACKED WOODPECK in Highland
Sno-Park. NORTHERN PYGMY OWL and NORTHERN GOSHAWK in the Chesaw vicinity.

More exploring to do on Sunday and Monday.

Unfortunately my WOS trip is full this year, and I have a wait list of over
20 interested bird watchers. I'm also leading Clearwater Audubon next
weekend too. My apologies for communication snafu's, but I've been busy
with work and am behind on my emails.

Feel welcome to text or call with any concern.

Happy birding,

Shep
