Hi, Fellow Birders. Atkins Lake is still having some good birds. Lots of
ducks still around and today I saw one Semi-palmated Plover just after a
Peregrine flew by. The pond on Heritage had the first large group of C.
Geese I've seen there, plus the Stilts and Coots, and a baby Spotted
Sandpiper. The pond at 6 and N had L. B. Dowitchers, both Yellowlegs,
Black-crowned Night Herons and W. Phalaropes. A good morning to have gone
birding. Meredith Spencer, Bridgeport
