Yesterday I was intently watering some plants and didn't notice the barred owl watching me from a low rhododendron branch until I turned up some steps and almost walked into her, at which point she flew off. This morning about 11:30 I looked out the back door and saw one, maybe Junior, with moist belly standing in the birdbath! I did catch a quick pic with my phone, in case no one believed me...
