In 90 minutes, I saw about 20 species at the Cedar River mouth. Highlights were the Common Mergansers, mom and 3 chix, 3-4 Caspian Terns, and 3-4 Brown-Headed Cowbirds. The Cowbirds were found under the trees along the river about 200-300 yards south of the north end of the river trail. One of the females was leucistic.
