Watched a Downy Woodpecker family, parents and at least one offspring, this afternoon at the Lakewood Marina, 4500 Lake Washington Blvd So.

Most of the action took place at the south edge of the So Adams St/Lake Washington Blvd parking area, but the parents were moving up and down the shoreline from there to just south of the Marina dock entrance.

Also saw my FOY Caspian Tern, too.

A good birding day.
