In the midst of the snow, many Varied Thrush are visiting my feeding
station here in east Lewis County. Not only is this early for them to
appear, but also there are many more than usual. A friend who lives 2
miles south of me near the lake is seeing them for the first time ever.
Did I miss an earlier message, or is this phenomenon only happening
here?
