WE were out at the W90 yesterday (4/30/19) at 2PM and there was a flock of about 1000 Snow Geese resting so to speak. A small pond of water is there plus a ditch like area. They seem to be resting and were quiet and did not appear to be disturbed. There were some men with tractor working nearby. Would anyone guess where they came from? This is the latest I've seen them around here. We took pictures. I assume they left last night. I won't be going out there today. Not much bird activity. Bald Eagle sitting on the nest nearby, "White" Rough-legged was around plus a couple others. Fields being worked up around area.
