Subject: [Tweeters] Last of the Snow Geese at the 90.

Could you please identify the location of the Rough- legged hawks? They are
my absolute favorite bird and I thought they had returned to the Arctic
long ago. I looked for them on the Bayview-Edison rd. in late March and
could not find one.
