On 5/3/19, 6pm, while we were on the Whidbey Birdathon, Jay Adams spotted a Ruddy Turnstone in a flock of Surfbirds and Black Turnstones at the end of the wooden pier at San de Fuca, Whidbey Island. If you try for this bird, go at high tide.
