While birding around the Golf Course Road exit on I-90 today (Saturday, 5/4/2019), I happened to see a dark bird up in that lone, dead tree about 200 yards west of the fire station on the north side of that exit: 47°11'47.1"N 121°03'10.4"W (47.196403, -121.052899). I stopped the car to check out the bird and discovered to my surprise that it was a Lewis's Woodpecker.
Good birding!
