While doing some birding at Bullfrog Pond on Bullfrog Road (off the Roslyn exit of I-90), we crossed the road to see what we could find in the pine forest (47°11'31.4"N 121°00'43.3"W or (47.192057, -121.012015)) and discovered a small flock of Western Tanagers. I am certain there were 4 unique individuals, but there could have been more. They posed quite nicely and another birder, Nancy, got some excellent photos that I hope she'll share. Also saw a White-breasted Nuthatch in that location.

Good birding!
