Tweeters and Wayne,

In May 2018, I heard singing Varied Thrush (at least two) along the north portion of the Wilbert Trail, near the big cedar, in South Whidbey State Park. As Wayne Weber has pointed out, there is a small remnant, but still impressive, stand of old growth forest there. Unfortunately, I haven't returned this year to locate them but anyone birding Whidbey Island might want to check it out.
