Cassin's Vireo heard/sighted yesterday.  Near the north end of Barnes Rd just before the Lewis County line there is an access road running west into the DNR forest where bird was heard. Being poor at identifying birds by sound, took a chance and played a recording for a Cassin's Vireo.  Bird immediately started repeating back the recording and flew into view. Reason for guessing Cassin's Vireo - in May 2015 Russ Koppendrayer found Cassin's Vireo at this location and I re-found it a day later.  Memory of that sighting made me think wouldn't it be interesting to find the bird here again!  Only my second sighting of a Cassin's Vireo in Cowlitz county.
