Tweeters,
I led a Black Hills Audubon Society field trip to Brady Loop in Grays Harbor Co this morning.  Our best bird was a Black Phoebe discovered at a set of white farm buildings on the north side of Brady Loop Rd that were 0.3 mile east of Foster Rd. The buildings are next to a curving strip of riparian forest that the road crosses through.  A check of eBird indicates that a Black Phoebe was located about a half mile away on Foster Road in June this summer, so perhaps this was the same bird.
