The easiest way to purchase a Discover Pass is to order one when renewing your vehicle tabs.  It is just another box to check and line to fill out at the bottom of the renewal form.   The pass is mailed to your house and each pass is good for two vehicles.
As someone pointed out, we all need to do our part.  The pass is good for one year and costs only $30, which is is less than a tankful of gas for most of us.
