Saw about 200 birds at the pond and on the Sound on Sunday, at GGardens. My keen sighted guy spotted a red read among them! Sure enough one Eurasian male and possible female, (she's unconfirmed).
There was also a Storm Wigeon in the bunch with the much paler head!
Also seen, and adult and juvenile bald. Probably scoping out the ducks..
