Chirp,

Seasons Greetings! Thanksgiving is here which means the CBC day is approaching. The Bellingham CBC is on Sunday December 15 this year.
Some of our traditional leaders have fled for warmer climates, like Australia and Argentina, which leaves us in need of a few good birders.
This Citizen Science project is built on volunteers. Our count circle is partitioned into 25 areas, with a team leader directing the count in each area.
Currently we are in need of 2, maybe 3 leaders and a few team members. The count is from dawn to dusk in most areas, followed by a potluck where the data is collected.
More information about our count can be found here ….

Please email me if you are interested in volunteering.
