Dear Tweeters,
A silent Empidonax flycatcher was at DeBay Slough today, 5 September 2019. I took a few poor photos in the fading light of evening. The link to the checklist is below.

I would love to hear suggestions as to the ID of this bird.
In other news, I heard a second-hand report of a Red-shouldered Hawk, said to have been seen somewhere on Fir Island on September 4th.
