I'm happy tho profoundly embarrassed to report that the two missing pairs of Swarovski EL 10x42 binoculars were not stolen but misplaced: tucked away out of sight before a weekend camping trip. Somehow the fact that they were moved from their usual spot and where they were moved to was entirely forgotten.

Thanks to those on the list who provided helpful information and tips. It is much appreciated.
