Hey Tweets!

Loved hearing that it was plover appreciation day. New one to add to my calendar! No interesting ones to add here, but the Killdeer of the southern end of Lake Washington are actually over at the mouth of May Creek. Tiny little bit of mud/gravel had 7 of them the other day. There is some side of the road parking nearby, making it an easy walk to take a look at them, and it might be a spot worth keeping an eye on as we get into the shorebird starved days of late September.
