Reliably, our Park Killdeer are sitting on nests.
One birder placed a circle of stones; and, then a Park Keeper placed a barricade.
The Park is closed; but, Charlie (our Mayor) said that if I was walking my dog; and kept to the paths, it was OK.
I walk my dog 2-3 times a day.
Reading tomes; and strangely, rather enjoying the solitude

A first for our place. lots of muddy area after the flood. Had a
Killdeer near the house many days. Yesterday there were 4 young in the
yard. Many years we never see a fly over and only a few times on the
ground, so it was neat to see young for the place list.
