Hi Everyone,
I was walking around the campus of Evergreen College late this morning and watched a Crow chase a hawk of some kind. The Crow flew down from near the top of a pine (fir?) tree to go after the hawk as it flew past. They flew almost straight above me. It was slightly larger than the crow, generally light colored underneath and had a single dark band very near the tip of the tail, which was spread and rounded.
They flew into the woods to the west where I lost sight of them.
What did I see?
