Hello again Tweets -
Five days ago I reported my second ever yard list entry (since 2011) of
Townsend's Solitaire outside the living room window of my condo. Earlier
that day in a fleeting half-second glimpse, I thought I might have had a
Linclon's Sparrow on my little deck. But without a further look, I could
not confirm and dismissed it. One had made an appearance here once before
in April 2017, so seemed unlikely wishful thinking... woulda been a great
yard bird day!

The following day TWO Solitaires showed up together, same time of the
afternoon!

Then yesterday at my seed feeder, you guessed it, a Lincoln's Sparrow! It
hung around sporadically for a few hours. I want to assume my eyes had not
deceived me a few days earlier.

All birds were photographed for posterity. Good stuff.

Happy Home Birding,
