I'd be happy to assist but would ask for a list of what you have and what you require with ongoing updates. This may help to reduce work flow as well so that you don't end up with 100 Western Sandpiper images and zero images of Least Sandpipers as an example.



Also, might you know the pixels in image size? I would think 320x240 pixels would be too small as an example and 5700 x 5400 would be much to large.



Offering constraints as with the above I believe would be an aid to all involved.



As another idea, instead of email attachments, a publicly shared Cloud folder could be a good drop off vs. continuous emails. A public cloud folder would allow everyone to see what's in the pool of images.



Basically you would create a folder called "Shorebirds" at onedrive.com. This is free to create with any email account. Once created, a public folder will be designated. "Shorebirds" would reside within the Public Folder



Tat this point, you may wish to create sub folders within Shorebirds which might be: western sandpiper | long-billed dowitcher | sharp-tailed sandpiper as a few examples. These would be the target folders for contributor images.

Create all of the shorebird sub folders you would require. Viewers could also note which were empty that require images.



Anyone with link access could see what's in the Shorebirds pool of images and what's missing.



The link could be shared here at Tweeters, then all contributors would have access to drop off images for you.

Subject: [Tweeters] Need state bird photos for Audubon Conservation project



Hi, we are using our quarantine time to get some projects prepped for our Conservation Committee. I'm not sure what other Audubon branches this includes. I just know my job is to collect usable native bird (shorebirds priority) photos that we can use in preparation of presenting our projects. This is for protecting shorelines, and estuaries right now. There a lot going on.

Anyway if anyone knows where I can get free photos, or if anyone is willing to share some of theirs; it would be greatly appreciated. If you have your copyright up close to the bird itself; this will help in keeping your name connected to the photo.

Thanks for any help you can give.

I'm very limited on my shorebirds myself.
