Am posting for Paul who is having tech issues -

W KINGBIRD highlighted Wed am birding around Tenino. Location: 16641 Old
Hwy 99 at the entrance to the alpaca farm west of Tenino. I suspect it will
hang around a few days.

Skookumchuck Valley is another place to check, along with Mull St east of
town -- the marsh there held a SOLITARY SANDPIPER, the north edge of the
east section, with SNIPE and YELLOWLEGS. I also stumbled onto a NASHVILLE
WARBLER nearby. Lots of migrants everywhere! 75+ spp. Other interesting
birds:

- 2 Gambel's WC Sparrows migrating with 8 GC Sparrows, Blumauer Hill
- Several Hammond's Flycatchers still moving through
- FOS W Tanager, Blumauer Hill
- FOS BH Grosbeak, reported by Bob Sundstrom

Other FOS this week: Warbling Vireo, Chipping Sparrow, NRW Swallow, House
Wren

Good birding!
