Still there through the noon hour, on the rocks extending into the water.
It was on one of the two tallest rocks in the biggest clump, disappeared on
the back side of the rock "archipelago," but was soon re-located on that
back side from an almost-empty (apt?) parking lot just off the sidewalk a
bit south of the Charles Richey overlook. It was observed at length beneath
the biggest rock by several birders. Then later it appeared from the Richey
overlook.

Hi all-; just a quick report that the w Seattle tattler stuck around
overnight-; before 7:00 this morning it was hanging out on the rocks at the
south end of Alki.
