Josh saw more birds than I did, but what I did see was the same. There were some hemlocks with good cone crops.

David Poortinga, who initially found this flock, has also encountered smaller numbers of WWCR throughout the foothills in recent days and I saw some nice photos from Skagit Co pop up today so I suspect birders in other birders in neighboring counties might have some luck if they can find similar habitat. Hemlocks seem to like areas adjacent to wet spots in the forest from my casual observation.
