Dear Tweeters,
Around my place in Skagit County, two of the most common species of birds that Starlings imitate are American Wigeons and Soras. The Starlings give the three-note, descending "wheoo-wheoo-wheoo" call of the Wigeon, and the "kerwee" call of the Sora. 
Here is a full list of all of the species that I have heard European Starlings imitating--when I have bothered to write them down.
