I drove into our home in Roy after being up in Kirkland for the past couple of days, and the driveway was crawling with Pine Siskins -; it was a carpet. I estimate that we had at least 130 between the front and the back of the house. When I checked our sunflower feeders (we have 17 up on the property), most were at least down to about one-fourth full -; and I had filled them up before I left here on Tuesday night. Looks as if I need to buy a pallet of black oil sunflower in the next few days -; glad it's on sale at a couple of places!

May all your birds be identified,
Denis

We've had about five Pine Siskins on our feeders at 61st St and 32nd Ave for several hours this morning. Kinda remarkable to see them right down in our yard. Definitely not an every-day event!
