Hi,

There are just a one ebird reports for this species in winter over the years in Snohomish County: Tulalip Bay (2013). They are rarely seen close to Puget Sound. There was a Dipper at Yost Park several years ago and also one from Meadowlark County Park also from a few years ago with neither reported on ebird. The Japanese Gulch sighting is pretty unusual.

Most sightings are from the traditional sites nearer the foothills and higher elevations
