Hi Tweeters,

The sun came out and Bill and I needed no further incentive
to go down to the Edmonds waterfront. The tide was full in and there seemed
to be quite a lot of enthusiasm among the birds that live there to get
something to eat. We saw Red-necked Grebes, Pigeon Guillemots, Mew and
Glaucous-winged Gulls, and Black Scoters all chowing down. I put our best
pictures on our Ebird list, but, since very few people will ever see that, I
thought I'd share it here, in case some of you want some diversion on
January 1.
