Late posting, apologies, just heard this story.

My 30+ year old niece tells me she saw a snowy owl in her back yard, just
after midnight on the 12th of December, 2019. She lives off Colby Ave in
Everett, just south of the Everett Fire Station #5 on Madison street. This
is west of I5 in the Pinehurst-Beverly Park Neighborhood which is just NE
of Walter Hall Golf Course.

I'm sure I gave her a very skeptical look and said, "Are you sure it wasn't
a barn owl", she said, "NO! It didn't have a big nose or a brown back. It
looked just like Hedwig."

She hasn't seen it since.
