In the last couple weeks I've had several Pine Siskins die around my house. Other birds such as Goldfinches, House Sparrows, House Finches, Black-capped Chickadees and others seem not bothered with what was called 'salmonella' in the July 17 Tweeters. Anybody understand the disease killing Pine Siskins?
