I was wondering if anyone had suggestions for running a field trip during
the pandemic. The problems seem to me to be traveling to more than one site
and having more than 4-5 people.
If one location with sufficient parking is available, then everyone can
arrive separately. But if you have more than one location, I don't see a
realistic way to have 10-15 people all driving around separately. But
sharing a car doesn't seem safe at this point.
Also, with more than 4-5 people, it seems like you might have to have
multiple leaders so that people aren't too close. I don't see a way that a
single leader could have 10+ people grouped looking at the same bird without
violating social distancing.
Any suggestions?
